Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of Eidica ("we" or "the Developer").

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Eidica allows users to create and manage private notes, images, recordings, and optional location data on their own device, and—if desired—safely store them in their personal iCloud account. All data remain under the user's control; the developer cannot access or view them.

3. Subscription Terms

• The App requires an active subscription to function.
• Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed by the user's App Store account.
• Prices vary by country and region based on App Store pricing.
• A 14-day free trial is available for all new users; billing begins automatically on day 15 unless canceled beforehand.
• The developer does not process or store any payment information.

4. Usage Rules

Users agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Create or store content that violates others' rights or privacy.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App's functionality.

5. Privacy and Security

All notes, media, and location data are stored only on the user's device or in their own iCloud account. No user data are sent to or stored on any developer-controlled servers. The developer cannot view, copy, or back up user data.

6. Modifications

We may update or modify the App, add or remove features, or change subscription terms. Users will be notified of material changes through the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." Eidica is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or device failures arising from use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ankara.
